Women's Soccer: IU East Week Preview
RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East women's soccer team finishes the regular season this week hosting two River States Conference affairs.
Conference leader Oakland City University provides the opposition on Thursday, Oct. 31. The contest at Centerville High School starts at 5 p.m.
The Red Wolves are celebrating Senior Day against Midway University on Saturday, Nov. 2. Denise Davalos, Morgan Grudich, Grace Harris, Ema Nunley, Jordan Miller and Kylie O'Leary will be honored prior to the match at Eaton (Ohio) High School that begins at 3 p.m.
IU East is in third place in the league after a scoreless draw with the University of Rio Grande last weekend, which has the Red Wolves at 4-7-4 overall with an RSC mark of 4-1-2.
Oakland City is 11-4 and 7-0. The Mighty Oaks have won eight straight including a 3-0 victory over IU Kokomo on Oct. 26.
Midway is in eighth in the conference with a record of 6-8-2, 1-4-2. The Eagles beat Freed-Hardeman University 2-0 on Oct. 22.

* Prior to the Rio Grande match, the Red Wolves defeated St. Mary-of-the-Woods College 1-0 on a goal by Vanessa Temple late in the match on Thursday, Oct. 24.
* Macey Woolcock leads Oakland City in scoring this season with 27 points on 11 goals and five assists.
* Midway plays at Shawnee State University tonight (Oct. 30). The Eagles tied 2-2 in their last RSC contest versus St. Mary-of-the-Woods College on Oct. 19.
