Women's Golf Adds Lauren Lacey for 25-26 Season
RICHMOND, Ind. – IU East women's golf coach Billy Mullin has announced the signing of Lauren Lacy for the 2025-26 season.
"I'm really excited to have Lauren sign with the Pack," Mullin said. "She is a proven strong student-athlete and will add value to our successful culture. When I watch her play, she hits a lot of good shots and she has a bright future at IU East."
Lacey, Northeastern High School, is a 3-time regional qualifier, a 4-H State Ambassador, "Rising Star of Indiana", and is the Salutatorian for the Class of '25.
At Northeastern, she holds the school record for a 9-hole score (35), and 18-hole score (80). Lacey is also on the tennis team, earning All-State Honorable Mention and All-District.
"I chose IU East because of all the people that I know and have met, but most importantly, it felt like home," Lacey said. "IU East has a wonderful Education program that I know I will thrive in."
Lacey plans on studying elementary education.
