Bio

A native of San Diego, Pina Taylor is in her first season with the Indiana University East women's basketball program.

Taylor is the Executive Assistant to the Chancellor at IU East after spending several years as the Sports Director at the YMCA of Greater Dayton.

During that time, Taylor was also a coach at several middle and high schools in southwestern Ohio.

"I feel like with my basketball background, my family basketball background, and now getting this opportunity with Coach Joe Griffin, everything is coming full circle. I'm excited to bring my energy, positivity and student-centered focus to the team and help build a great culture of winning here at IU East."
