Men's Golf: Indy at Forest Hills Preview

RICHMOND, Ind. - Four members of the Indiana University East's golf men's golf team are scheduled to take part in The Indy at Forest Hills Fall Invitational hosted by Miami University on Friday, Oct. 4.

IU East's tee times on No. 10 for the 36-hole tournament are Emiliano Tercero 9:10 a.m., Austin Shelley 9:20 a.m., Riley Bratton 9:30 a.m. and Sam Firebaugh 9:40 a.m. There are no team scores for this event.

Along with the Red Wolves the other programs represented are the host RedHawks, Ashland, Ball State, Butler, Cincinnati, Eastern Michigan, Hanover, Indiana, IU Indianapolis, Marshall, Ohio and Xavier.

YOU OUGHT TO KNOW

* Firebaugh and Bratton tied for ninth place as they had the same scores of 75-73-148 for IU East at the River States Conference Fall Preview earlier this week.

* As a team at The Resort at Glade Springs the Red Wolves posted a score of to finish fifth at the RSC Fall Preview.

* Last year at this event, Firebaugh was tied for 12th with a 73-73-146. Shelley is the other returnee to play as he finished in a tie for 29th at 75-76-151.
