Men's Basketball: IU East 94, Warner 70

KINGSPORT, Tenn. - A big second half boosted the Indiana University East men's basketball team to a 94-70 victory over Warner University at "The Show" in the MeadowView Conference Resort & Convention Center on Sunday, Nov. 30.

IU East is now 5-3, while Warner falls to 1-10.

The Red Wolves trailed 45-39 at halftime before they outscored the Royals 55-25 in the second frame on the way to the win.

Dewayne Robinson led IU East with a career-high 23 points.

Mikey Johnson scored 12 of his 18 points in the second half as Cole Henry added 17 points with 10 coming after the intermission. Tobey Billups tossed in eight points.

Mikey Johnson and Kobe Watson grabbed nine rebounds for the Red Wolves. Mikey Johnson and Ashton Johnson led IU East with six assists apiece.

Next up for IU East is the River States Conference opener at home against Kentucky Christian University on Saturday, Dec. 13. The contest on Lingle Court begins at 1 p.m.
