Men's Basketball Earns RSC Honors

RICHMOND, Ind. – The River States Conference announced multiple awards for the IU East men's team on Monday.

Colt Meyer walked away with a First-Team All-RSC selection. Ibra Athie was named to the second team.

Meyer led the team scoring 19 points a game. He also added 2.6 assists and 1.4 steals a game. Meyer was also selected to the RSC All-Scholar Team for his academic success.

Athie averaged a double-double a game with his 15 points and 10.7 rebounds.

Senior Sekou Maiga was tabbed as the RSC Champions of Character nominee for IU East.

The Red Wolves ended their season with a 12-18 record. They fell to Point Park in the RSC Quarterfinals 86-85.
